Refund and Return Policy

​Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

​Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

​Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats, and used grooming tools cannot be returned.

​Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
